MY FAVORITE KITCHEN APPLIANCE!! I use my Vitamix more than my oven. It makes my smoothies super thick and creamy, I use it to make soup, sauces, and so many other recipes. 

NINJA BLENDER

A less expensive alternative to the Vitamix. It's not as powerful, but I love using the single serving containers for smoothies on the go! This also comes with a food processor attachment which is key when making energy balls or homemade nut butters.

Having a mix of good spices makes a huge difference in cooking! Especially when you're prepping for the week. You want your prepped meals to taste good (so you actually eat them) and have a variety of flavors!

I use these baking sheets for the majority of my meal prep and cooking in general. These ones specially cook the food so well and are easy to clean.
